Gill Rock
'The Bill Payer'
Having qualified in 2000 Gill opened In The Pink as a one man band back in 2006. Locating to the current premises in 2017 and finding her dream team. Trained with Toni & Guy, Loreal, Milkshake and Hair Rehab London she has a constant passion to learn and pass on her skills using her teaching and assessors qualifications.
She loves nothing more than the feeling of making someone's day through their visit to the salon. She was shortlisted for STYLIST OF THE YEAR and COLOUR TECHNICIAN OF THE YEAR at the 2019 & 2020 Salon Awards. National Employer of the year 2020. Has featured in Creative Heads Magazine 2022.
Mother of two plus one fur baby (Elvis) who enjoys a nice walk and a cocktail or two.
Ruby Dwyer
Manager
Starting her hair career in 2015, Ruby won the Avant Garde Diversity Competition at Ware College in 2018.
L'Oreal, Milkshake and Wella colour trained, she is also a dab-hand with the scissors and curling wand. Creative, fresh and innovative, Ruby is always up-to-date with the latest trends, and was accredited Bronze Manager of the year Hertfordshire 2021.
Ruby is a lover of anything Harry Potter and can talk about Marvel all day long, she also has a growing collection of tattoos.
Angie Timotheou
'The Educator'
Our in-house Educator studied in London when shoulder pads and Dynasty were all the rage.
What there is to know about hair, Angie definitely knows. She eats qualifications for breakfast and is Assessor & IQA Qualified as well as being a Fashion Perm Specialist.
Angie is kept busy with grown up twins and a part time role at WGC college.
Connie Ewin
Apprentice
Connie has decided that hair is the future and is currently a full-time apprentice on track to qualify October 2021. Connie is a semi finalist in Apprentice of the year 2022 and is currently writing her acceptance speech.
Connie works brilliantly through a hangover on a Saturday morning.
Carly Bromfield
B12 Technician
Carly is the owner of untamed, covering all aspetcs of aesthetic treatments, and vitamins shots. She runs a clinic once a week at In The Pink and is considered very much part of the team.
Carly is the Queen of meditation, yoga and all things spiritual.

At In The Pink we are proud to offer refresher courses for qualified hair dressers to brush up their existing skills. These courses are bespoke and can be tailored to your needs. We can teach to an individual stylist or you can bring your team of up to 5 and choose exactly what you would like to cover in your time.
